Big Adventures. Small Groups. Happy Hounds.
Welcome to Hound Hero, your local dog walking, daycare and overnight care specialists in Melbourne's west.
Based near Altona, we offer small-group adventures and home-based care, giving your hound the exercise, companionship and individual attention they deserve.
Our group walks and daycare are limited to just five to six dogs, with plenty of outdoor adventures, social time and comfortable downtime. We have particular experience with active and larger breeds, including Aussies, Beagles, Labradors, Kelpies, Pointers, and Dobermans.
For overnight guests, our home becomes their home away from home, with familiar routines, plenty of affection and no kennel runs.
Why Hound Hero? We're police checked, trained in pet first aid and passionate about providing safe, personalised care. Optional pick-up and drop-off services are available throughout our service areas.
Get to know our team, including Theodore Houndsvelt, our Hound in Residence and Woofer in Chief!
